(1970 Vintage) This wine is made up of 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5% Mazuelo. After fermentation and maceration, the wine is matured for 28 months; 80% in American oak casks from West Virginia and 20% in French oak casks from Les Vosges. Fantastic with stewed meats and roasts best served at a temperature between 18 and 19 degrees celcius. An intense and complex wine.
