Wine Description
With a beautiful perfume filled with black cherries, cassis, earth, spice, fresh herbs and tobacco, this medium bodied, elegant Margaux is developing well. Due to its lighter style, this will please some tasters more than others. Starting with the 2009, the wines have added more concentration, while retaining the freshness and refined quality the chateau is known for.

decanted for 0.5hour and got floral nose, easy to drink and round but not complex enough.
full bodied dry red. Nose, intensly aromatic with a nose dominated by red fruit aromas, hints of menthol, flowers and liquorice. Palate, a subtle attack, well balanced wine with a long generous finish which will age well. Food matching, red meat staek and roasts, rich sauces and strong cheese. Serving temperature :16-18deg
