100% Pecorino (a rare variety from Abruzzo and Marche). Pale golden color. Clean aromas of pear skin, apricot, hay, and wet stones. The wine has good weight in the mouth, with rich flavors of pear and pineapple juices and bitter almond balanced by a lip- smacking acidity. Nice long finish too.
