Of the 2004 One Point Five, Shafer winemaker Elias Fernandez says, “These are aromas and flavors that speak of home to me – pure Stags Leap District. The first thing I get in the glass are aromas of black, chewy fruit, cedar, chocolate, and dried herbs, followed by rich, juicy flavors of blackberry, smoke, dark chocolate, herbs, and tobacco, with a nice long finish.
