The colour is yellow, bright, a bouquet floral (rose), aromatic, fruity (apple, banana, peach, apricot). It has nice hints of cinnamon and cloves. Delightfully rich and intense on the palate, the flavors confirm the spice and floral notes promised by the fragrance. Pojer and sandri traminer pairs well with cream-sauced fish courses or shell-fish such as prawns, lobsters and crayfish. It is excellent as anaperitif, too.
