On the palate the wine is fullish, complex and intensely flavored, with a lovely core of sweet fruit, and a very long, meltingly tannic and bouncy finish of beautiful shape and grip. International Wine CellarMedium cherry-red. Perfumed, precise nose shows a mineral pungency to go with the red cherry, raspberry and spice aromas. Sweet, juicy and tightly wound, with more obvious acidity and oak influence than the foregoing samples.
