Had with a standing rib roast and roasted vegetables. We let it breathe for about an hour and then decanted. While very good it seemed a bit tired/possibly past it's peak.
great nose...vanilla and bright fruit; smooth and flavorful on the pallate. unfortunately no finish exceptdry. would like more on the back
