Opulent and concentrated, the Schrader CCS offers abundant aromas of blackberry and cassis with notes of jasmine flowers and licorice that burst out of the glass and wrap the senses. Full-bodied with monumental richness and velvety, well-integrated tannins.

International Wine CellarGood saturated medium ruby. Cassis, licorice, bitter chocolate and menthol aromas lifted by a violet topnote. Fat, dense and sweet, with black fruits complicated by cocoa powder. Very densely packed cabernet, finishing with suave, sweet tannins. A superb showing today.
classic Schrader nose. deep, dirty and exactly like a big cab should smell like. mouth was unbelievably smooth and awesome feel. black fruit, cedar earth type thing going on.not as big as 2007 but still awesome schrader continues to amaze me.
