(2007 Vintage) Well-defined melony fruit joins with a fair bit of herbaceousness in the solidly varietal aromas of this bottling, and the same traits are conveyed in its citrus-tinged flavors as well. It steers to acidy crispness and firms up at the finish, and, if never an especially rich version of Sauvignon Blanc, it is eminently suited to service with sundry fish dishes.
