Medium red. Expressive aromas of red cherry and plum, with hints of tobacco and leather. Pure, lively and fruit-driven, with nicely delineated flavors of red cherry and raspberry complicated by an herbal pepperiness. Sweet on entry, then turns a bit muscular in the middle, finishing smooth and with a healthy dusting of tannins. Plenty of personality here.
