Grapes from specially selected vineyards from our Guenoc Valley estate form the core of this complex, fruity wine. Entirely fermented in French and American oak barrels, then aged on the yeast lees for eight months, this wine displays ripe apple and pear fruit with nuances of cream and spice, a silky texture and finish.
