With sufficient time under the sun, fully ripened grapes with a sugar content higher than usual were harvested. 【Tasting Comments】 The color is a sparkling lemon yellow. Although somewhat quiet, the aroma has a hint of tree-grown fruits like peaches and young pears. The slight carbonation generates smoothness, and its contrast with the bitterness that increases with the rise of temperature gives it a distinguished quality. (April 2002) (hide)
