The quality of red grapes is obtained through careful work in the vineyard . Castle Marjosse red is made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec . Fermentation takes place in temperature- cement tanks , which offer a large surface area between the pomace and juice.
