Very elegant, polished, soft, full bodied, round and ripe style of Lynch Bages that reminds me of the it's young, but due to its style, it's already quite charming.
(From 2004 Vintage) This wine is on a rapid course for maturity as it already offers tobacco, earth, cedar and pencil aromas along with its cassis blackberry fruit. Medium bodied, with some green to the tannins, there is a bit of rusticity in the bright, almost crisp, cassis and cranberry finish.
Decanter(From 1992 Vintage) Rating: 0/5 - As reviewed by Decanter. Fairly deep red; sweetish nose, not much fruit definition; soft, supple, lacks grip but has some underlying tannin, lacks flair and vigour; medium length.
