International Wine CellarRating: 90(+?) - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 94, January/February 2001. Bright ruby-red, darker than the Gigondas. Riper, more liqueur-like nose complicated by a peppery nuance. Very ripe and fat in the mouth but tightly wrapped and less showy today than the Gigondas. Best today on the tangy finish, which offers an unusual combination of sheer ripeness and grip.
DecanterRating: 3/5 - As reviewed by Decanter. Fine, ripe nose, quite mature. Good sweet Grenache fruit, good length, but mature. Quite fast. Drink up to 5 years.
Wine AdvocateRating: 91/100 - As reviewed by The Wine Advocate in Issue 138.
