This vintage was a standout - freshly macerated red berries on the front palate - red currants, cherries - and violets and game on the finish. In spite of its age, this Sangiovese is incredibly fresh on the palate with an elegant texture. All hand-harvested, unsulfured, and unfiltered to preserve the goodness of this versatile grape, Montepulciano.
