Fruity medium-body, tart but not too tart. Notes of oak. cherry, and vanilla. Had after accidentally ordering pizza with anchovies from Giacomo’s. Another pizza will be here soon; it will have sopresseta and olives. Liam sits in his pizza boxes, the happiest cat in the world.
