From an evolutionary blend of Pinot Gris, Muller-Thurgau, Semillon and six other white grapes now in it's fifteenth edition, this fruity and zippy white is loaded with delicious flavors of peach, tropical citrus, and spice with something in it for everyone--literally! Its succulence is matched by fresh acidity.
Evolution Red is a complex, red wine created from an unexpected blend of varietals. We’ve decided not to give away too much information about what it’s made from. Rather than skew your perception, we invite you to try a glass or two yourself and reach your own conclusions. We think you’ll love it and we’d love to hear your take. One sip and you’ll agree this soft and balanced wine with notes of dark berries and cloves, which finishes in velvet is exceptional among the red blends available today. Evolution Red pairs best with all kinds of meat (smoked, herbed), ribs, lamb, stews, turkey and even some pizzas.
Super drinkable white wine! I thought it might be too sweet, but it had a good tartness to balance it. I like sav blancs and my wife likes reislings - this was a great in between that we both liked. Definitely would buy again.
Good wine to share with folks who really don't like wine. Not sweet nor too dry and is great for sharing!
