Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon artfully combines the classic elegance of the old world and the ripe fruit of California. It displays an opaque garnet color with a bouquet driven by fruity aromas of blackberry liqueur and hoisin sauce. It also offers the savory components of sage and molasses. These complex aromatics are complemented by sandalwood and nutmeg characteristics indicative of American oak.

(with 8% cabernet franc, 6% merlot and 3% petit verdot) Rich, full nose combines roasted currant, cedar, spice box, chocolate mint, coconut and smoky oak, along with a lightly leafy quality. The lushest and fullest wine of this tasting, with the most harmonious combination of fruit and acidity. Dense but firm and nicely delineated. Finishes with fine, spreading tannins that coat the mouth and teeth.
