A selection of macabeo and parellada grown at estate vineyards in the Alt Penedes, Reserva Heredad is a complex and heady Cava that delivers on its richness without sweetness. Its potent depth of flavor has a smoky minerality and fresh apple-skin notes.

Wine & Spirits(From 1992 Vintage) This Brut Cava is made up of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarel-lo from the Alt Penedegrave;s region of Spain and made in the megrave;thode traditionnelle. The nose displays plenty of citrus and lemon peel, with a hint of pear as well. The palate consists of creamy lemon custard and toast, with a finish of crisp Granny Smith apples. This is, without a doubt, the best sparkling wine I have ever had for under $10. Segura Viudas continually impresses me with their Cava, and that is why you can always find a bottle in my refrigeratorhellip; because you never know when you may need to celebrate with bubbly. Drink now and oftenhellip; especially with friends.
Wine Enthusiast(From 1992 Vintage) TOP 100 BEST BUYS! – NO. 8 ON THE LIST!“After a soda-like start that may seem aggressive, this one really settles into a groove. The nose blends citrus and wild green-herb aromas, while the palate has perfectly composed orange and peach flavors. The finish is sold and around every turn it holds the road. Great for the price. Imported by Freixenet USA.”
