The Chardonnay is the soul of the Maison Ruinart. Its grapes, mainly from Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims is at the heart of all its wines.
strong nutty finish and nose which is absolutely different from typical champagne. dryness is captivating. very classy. 12/11 consistent with above , but this time drawing in more supporters. very captivating
biscuity colour. yeasty nose. lots of fine bubbles. crisp fresh acidity with nice bready notes. good length. elegant with bite.
