To bring out the best in this wine, try a saddle of young rabbit with new vegetables, a double veal chop or, more unexpectedly, soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert or perhaps Comté or Reblochon.75% Pinot Noir, 25% ChardonnayColor: Gold, straw gold, light bubblesAroma: Dried biscuits, chocolate aromasTaste: Soft in the mouth, rich, well-structured
Very full-bodied and big. Perfect, constant bubbles: small, light on the palate. Aromas of lemon, citrus, and some toast, but a bit disappointing on the palate: very mineral. The finish is assertive, but slightly bitter. Perhaps more lemon zest than lemon.
New years eve 2010-2011 Good with lamb ,soft ,yummy, pear
