Wne is a pale, golden straw in color. Bubbles are full textured and persistent. On the nose the wine brings fresh citrus with hints of honey and white flowers. The flavor is fresh and clean, with ripe citrus, lemon, green apple, and touches of grapefruit, minerality, and some toast. The finish is light, refreshing, and crisp.
La Marca Prosecco is produced from 100% Glera grapes harvested in early September, and sourced from hundreds of small vineyards throughout the region. The grapes were crushed immediately after harvest before being pressed in gentle membrane presses. The juice was allowed to cold-settle before the initial fermentation occurred in stainless steel at 59-65º F. The still wine underwent aging on the lees prior to a secondary fermentation using the Charmat process at a temperature of 59F.
A delicate, well-balanced Prosecco, showing a good blend of baked apple, sour lemon and grapefruit, with a lightly creamy mineral texture on the palate. Medium froth, with some body and a pleasant lemon and mineral finish.
This expressive grape is prized for its delicate flavors and aromatics. Prosecco is made through the Charmat method, which creates a delicate effervescence and a food-friendly palate.
Glera grapes in veneto italy. Bubbles are created through the tank method. Dry yet fruity. Refreshing with lemon, apple, and peach notes.
$12 at Sams Club. Quality for price very good for sparkling. Taste 3.25/5. Good persistence, fine bubbles, light and dry.
Not as dry as champagne which suits my tastes, but not too sweet. It's crisp and bubbly with a clean finish
We drink this prosecco w everything (except steak); my husband insists on a cabernet for that meal!
Tried at the fair. Good flavor but "Gloria Ferrrer was better cause it had a "bite".
Excellent! Light, crisp, clean. Bouquet of apple, white peach, honeysuckle.
Wonderfully crisp and no after taste. 8.99 at Harris Teeter

Wine & SpiritsProduced solely from Prosecco grapes, the wine is a bright pale yellow, with straw notes in the glass, with a tight bead; the nose and palate both enjoy a wide range of citrus and tree fruit, with a toasty undertone to complement the fruit; the acidity shows in the finish, along with good weight making this a food wine with great flexibility.
