Winemaker Regis Camus now crafts the housersquo;s wines from more than 120 crus, with one-third of the production devoted to reserve wines. The wines showed better than ever this year, with a lot of vinous richness and depth from less aging. This is a robust wine with layered flavors of pain grille and dark-toned berry fruit. Deliciously rich, it finishes clean, for salmon sashimi.
