A harmonious blend of nearly 40 crus from the Champagne region, the Chardonnay (approximately one-third of the total), Pinot Noir and Meunier crus constitute a palette of colors which, used in masterly strokes, will produce "the Pommery style”, a style of natural elegance. To remain faithful to the style, Pommery can draw on its reserves, juggling with several vintages. Brut Royal requires three years of aging in the cellars to allow it to reveal its finesse, spontaneity and charm, the very qualities that make Pommery Unique.
This fine champagne is a blend of 40 carefully selected crus from the Champagne region. It is made up of three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and about one-third Chardonnay. This subtle blend is then aged in the Pommery cellars for about three years in order to develop its full aroma. Fresh and vivacious, with a supple, fruity finish. A composition that is light yet well-structured and full of charm.
フレッシュな林檎、ハチミツのほのかな香りが後を引く。白ワインを飲んでいるような錯覚する程余韻が長く、バブルは控えめで色々な料理ともマリアージュしそう。May 26th, 2013
Very easy to drink. Goes well with anything from salmon to dessert.

Wine & SpiritsPale straw color. Fresh and lively on the nose, with aromas of green apple, Anjou pear and bright citrus fruits. Quite lively on the palate, showing brisk citrus and refreshingly bitter quinine flavors on a taut, elegant frame. Fills out nicely on the back end, which is supple and round.
