Though rich and creamy, this wine is focused by finely cut acidity, resulting in a lithe version overall. The smoky mineral undertow mixes with flavors of poached apple, toasted brioche, lemon curd and vanilla, followed by a lasting finish.
A little honey on the nose goes a long way. Super fresh on the palate - Amy nailed it with the lime peel comment. So yummy with everything on the table at this amazing Chinese restaurant.
Gorgeous with greasy spicy fare and seafood soups. Green apple fruit, chunky mineral, herbal aromatics and high tone acidity (hello lime peel!)
