(NV Vintage) Though rich and creamy, this wine is focused by finely cut acidity, resulting in a lithe version overall. The smoky mineral undertow mixes with flavors of poached apple, toasted brioche, lemon curd and vanilla, followed by a lasting finish.
A little honey on the nose goes a long way. Super fresh on the palate - Amy nailed it with the lime peel comment. So yummy with everything on the table at this amazing Chinese restaurant.
