Drank with Tony 12/30/15. Increadible wine. Delicate yet has some muscularity. Red and black fruits.

Pale, silvery-pink color, with a strong, frothy mousse. Pure and precise, with penetrating aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, kiwi, oyster shell and fresh lavender. Brisk on the palate, showing a range of red berry flavors accented by tangy rhubarb and bergamot notes, which ratchet up the refreshment factor. Very suave, as usual for this cuvee, finishing on a racy note, with excellent acidity. .
