The production secrets and the vinification method of this cuvée go back to the origins of the House of BILLECART-SALMON and have been handed down for seven generations. The Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine.
Drank with Tony 12/30/15. Increadible wine. Delicate yet has some muscularity. Red and black fruits.
Chardonnay dominated rose! Crisp, fresh, floral! Perfect in every way!
Dry, crisp taste with a fruity finish. Could easily drink this all day
Tasted like a light and elegant strawberries and cream
Mentioned in Miami dining out magazine
International Wine CellarPale, silvery-pink color, with a strong, frothy mousse. Pure and precise, with penetrating aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, kiwi, oyster shell and fresh lavender. Brisk on the palate, showing a range of red berry flavors accented by tangy rhubarb and bergamot notes, which ratchet up the refreshment factor. Very suave, as usual for this cuvee, finishing on a racy note, with excellent acidity. .
