Palate: Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc is overflowing with ripe, sweet flavours of grapefruit and lemon, infused with delicate herbal characters. The palate balances intense fruit qualities and zesty acidity with the fullness and complexity derived from maturation on yeast lees.
