Winemaker's Notes

Color: Mid crimson red. Bouquet: The nose shows ripe plum and spicy fruitcake aromas, with hints of currant, chocolate and well-handled cedary oak. Palate: The palate is medium bodied in structure, with ripe plum fruit flavors, good mid palate fruit sweetness and rich yet soft, velvety Shiraz tannins through to the finish.

TASTE Vibrant yet silky with spicy plum and blackberries leading to a long, satisfying finish. SMELL Spicy blackberry fruit, with hints of dark chocolate and toasty oak.
