(1996 Vintage) Concentrated, Cassis, Mineral, Full-bodiedWine Advocate - 1st Growth, Pauillac, Bordeaux, France-" A spectacular Latour...phenomenally sweet, pure aromas of cassis infused with subtle minerals. This massive offering possesses unreal levels of extract, full body, intensely ripe, but abundant tannin, and a finish that lasts for nearly a minute."
  • Decanter
(2007 Vintage) Rating: 0/5 - As reviewed by Decanter. Fairly deep brick-red; sweetish nose, cedar, mushroomy; soft but stalky, drying out, quite butter finish; fairly short. Drink fast.
