(From 2006 Vintage) Cassis and red currant aromas give way to some dusty cedar and notes of Indianspice; classic Gruaud Larose! There is an upfront sweetness to the palate witha deep core of black fruit that is guided and honed by fine drying tannins. Theacidity is in perfect balance, suggesting this will age superbly.
