(2014 Vintage) It is a wine designed by Avelino Vegas at the hands of our winemaker José Manuel Corrales in the area more vibrant white wines from Spain: Rueda. After a rigorous control of maturation, the harvest is done. After de-stemming, a slight maceration is applied cold to increase the aromatic intensity of the wine. The grape is gently pressed and the clean must ferments at a controlled temperature for a period of 20 days. Then the new wine is racked and remains in contact with fine lees, providing volume and complexity.
