Aromas of jasmine, orange blossom and lime lead to rich tropical and floral notes on the palate. The wine has delightful acidity and minerality and ends with flavors of ruby red grapefruit and peaches.
At the recommendation of the sommelier, I had this with a very creamy, heavy, lobster ravioli and it cut through beautifully. Not a traditionally pairing, but the ying and yang was very good. It had a very dry, sweet kick when it hits your tongue and then finishes with a little berry.
