(2012 Vintage) Soft and silky, with intriguing rose petal and crushed pomegranate aromas, this medium bodied wine was aged for 10 months in small French oak barrels, which added a hint of toasty vanilla and spice complexity.
Tulip flowers in the nose. Bold oaks at first and a citrus note finish. Doug's notes: Mmmawyahummmm-hmmmm *said with pinky extended and nose snobbishly in the air.
Cool combination of the raspberry/ pomegranate with the oaking, but the oak and vanilla combination lingers too long at end.
Wonderful pairing with prime rib at greg normans in myrtle beach. Very smooth and light.
Superbly smooth vanilla flavors bounce around with a great bouquet of cherry & rose
After taste-not our favorite.
Very fruity for a Pinot noir

Mom brought it over
