Wine Description

(2012 Vintage) The grapes for our 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon were gently destemmed, resulting in some whole berries. The must was fermented in a combination of cone sweep, rotary and upright fermenters for five to seven days at a maximum temperature of 85˚F to retain fruitiness and soften the tannins.
