(2012 Vintage) The wines are recognizable for their great purity of taste. Young, they possess fruity and enticing aromas; with age, wines from great vineyards/appellations acquire a sumptuous complexity.
Medium golden yellow and clear. Moderate aroma of white flowers and crisp juicy green tart apple and Apple skin. Light residual sugar medium dry crisp acidity coupled with present minerality from limestone. The mid pallet even developed a nice creaminess that balances nicely. The finish stays on a bit. A simple wine for Burgundy but non-the less a wonderfully classical nice pairing with light fish and chicken preparation even with a sauce and spring peas. QPR good.
