Classy and refined, it's just damn amazing. Cassis, pencil lead, fresh herb and crushed granite. It is satin smooth and elegant, further defined with a super long finish.
The 2012 Chateau Smith is a wine long and rich in the mouth. Aromas of black cherry, wet earth, anise and a touch of toasted herbs with flavors and a finish to match.
A little light but well balanced and pairs well will pasta with tomato sauce
So amazing. Way better than the 2013. Smooth.
Velvety cab with a smooth chocolate finish.
Cherry, milk chocolate. A-ok
