Vin Gris de Cigare 2002 MARSANNE ATTACKS! the palate in a very gentle fashion and we’ve included a generous dollop of it in this classic southern French inspired cuvée. Our ’02 Vin Gris is an exercise in the usual refreshingly fruity aromatics that one typically finds in a proper pink – strawberry and rose with perhaps a subliminal suggestion of linden flower and lime blossom. There is a wonderful creaminess and sophistication to this year’s pink.
Blend of 5 grapes... Extremely good rosé, It's a good balanced of fruit/mineral/acidic/ mellow with smooth edges, strawberry palate combined with soft vanilla cream. ... Light notes of forest and red fruit. It's complex, very complex but very balanced.
Fun times.. Bonnie doon dude
Planet Grape(2013 Vintage) Pale, delicate, silky and bone dry with notes of raspberry, dried peach, browning pork and cured meats.
International Wine Cellar(2009 Vintage) Pale salmon-skin color. High-pitched aromas of orange peel, pink grapefruit and herbs, with a subtle floral quality adding complexity. Dry, nervy red berry and citrus flavors are underscored by a dusty, stony quality and show a refreshingly bitter edge. Quite grown-up in style, finishing with good spine and cut. I'd have guessed this was from Provence
Wine Spectator(2009 Vintage) Crisp and lively, exhibiting a delicate pink hue and juicy flavors of watermelon and strawberry, with hints of spice and mineral. Grenache, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Cinsault. Drink now. 3,000 cases made.- Tim Fish
