The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2013 is brick red in colour, bursting with notes of bright, red fruits, dried violets and hints of savory spice. The taste is medium-bodied and balanced with luscious acidity and tart cherry flavours, complemented by a long savoury finish.
Wonderful alternative to a Brunello. Not quite as complex but still has a lot of the same flavor. Strong earthy nose and flavor. Good legs. Wonderful silky tannins. Notes if cherry and cranberry. Velvety feel in the mouth. Loved it and would buy in a heart beat !! A great bottle with pasta !
