(2012 Vintage) We selected 100 percent of the grapes from the Los Carneros American Viticultural Area (AVA), including 42 percent from our estate vineyards. The balance of the grapes came from long-term growers in the region. The cool marine winds here develop vibrant fruit flavors and acidity in Chardonnay grapes, while the distinct soils and clones of each vineyard contribute to this wine’s diversity of flavors. We hand harvested the grapes into small bins and then immediately pressed them as whole clusters to capture their vibrant flavors.

Wine & Spirits(2006 Vintage) Mmmm, sugar and spice and everything nice! This 90 point wine has aromas of apricots, pears, apples and nutmeg. However, the flavors are bursting with an initial sweetness upon mouth entry and then transition into a kind of holiday spice. It lingers in the mouth afterwards for at least a minute, continuing to evolve, blend and delight! Acacia goes fantastically with sea bass, rigatoni with shiitake mushrooms, or even lighter fare such as crab and mango salad.
