(2011 Vintage) Deep red, black core color. A beautiful array of lifted red fruits, including a touch of cranberry and soft jellies, hints of spice and graphite with subtle cedar and tobacco notes. A bold palate of purple and black fruit supported by fine tannins and subtle oak. The soft acid gives great vitality and length.
Two Hands is one of the best-known names in premium Australian wine, and this Shiraz shows why. Deep and intense with big aromas and flavours of blackberry jelly, plum sauce and woodsmoke. The fruit is impressively ripe and the texture impressively smooth, with just the right amount of tannin giving nice closure. A good choice for beef brisket or grilled steaks.
