Grapes are handpicked and fermented for two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is then matured on its lees and bottled in the spring after harvest.
Planet Grape(From 2014 Vintage) This beautifully understated rose of 67% Syrah and 33% Mourvedre, from terraced vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean Sea near Marseille, is bone dry and crisp with a firm backbone of acidity. It is the ideal wine for showcasing the most ethereal, sensual shellfish dishes, such as lobster or shrimp with a lightly herbed cream sauce.
