Wine & SpiritsA bright pale gold color. The wine has a very delicate nose; the ripe apple and citrus aroma is fresh and pretty, with lime, floral, and mineral notes. Subtle, yet very nice. There is much more flavor in the mouth, though it still is a quiet and subtle type of fruit. Apple and citrus are dominant, with lots of minerality. Good. It has good body, is rich, and dry, with very good acidity. This wine shows off its' Rhone-ness in the strength of the wine, even though the flavors are subtle. I think it would be a good companion for milder fish, pasta and rice dishes.
