(2005 Vintage) Ruby-red. Spicy red berry and cherry aromas are complicated by cured meat and herbs. Lush and creamy, with dense dark fruit flavors, lightly chewy tannins and slow-building smokiness. This is already pretty complex and would pair very well with grilled lamb.
