(2015 Vintage) Clean, fresh, soft and tart with notes of lemon zest, apricot, spring pea, celery and fennel seed.

(2006 Vintage) Good pale color. Piquant aromas and flavors of gooseberry, grapefruit, minerals, flowers, mace and nutmeg, plus a resiny nuance. This dense, silky, ripe sauvignon combines generous texture with excellent inner-palate energy. A bit of smoky reduction today suggests that this wine will be better in 2008. Finishes pungent and very long, with palate-saturating material.
