Winemaker's Notes

(From «nv» Vintage) The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness, crushed and cooled down, then left on the skin for about 6 hours. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 19 °Centigrades. Left on the lees for three month also in stainless steel tanks.

    A good gold. An open nose; ripe apple/pear aroma is largely fresh in tone with just a hint of baked fruit. A touch of vanilla, spice, and floral notes add a nice background. Very nice-plus. The mouth has similar flavors, with a little more intensity. The vanilla and apple/pear combine nicely, and the spice is accompanied with good minerality. Very tasty! Good body, some richness, almost creamy in texture, dry, with very good acidity. This is like a blend of Chardonnay and an Alsace Pinot Gris, and read more...A good gold.
