Opulent and concentrated, the Schrader CCS offers abundant aromas of blackberry and cassis with notes of jasmine flowers and licorice that burst out of the glass and wrap the senses. Full-bodied with monumental richness and velvety, well-integrated tannins.
Wine Spectator(2003 Vintage)
International Wine Cellar(2003 Vintage) Good saturated medium ruby. Cassis, licorice, bitter chocolate and menthol aromas lifted by a violet topnote. Fat, dense and sweet, with black fruits complicated by cocoa powder. Very densely packed cabernet, finishing with suave, sweet tannins. A superb showing today.
