(2010 Vintage) We barrel fermented about 60% of this wine, and aged that portion in barrel for 5 months, offering the wine a touch of brown spice and vanilla, while cold fermenting the remainder to maximize a fresh fruit-forward character. Bright lemon and apple aromas mingle with hints of toasty barrel complexity, and on the palate, pear and pineapple with spice and refreshing acidity will have you coming back for another glass. Enjoy this lively chardonnay now and over the next couple of years.
Robust flavor. Wonderful enchanting. Mystifying full aroma. Lets you know something good is about to arrive to your taste buds. The plum & blueberry flavors are predominant along with a touch of dried herbs in this soft rich mouth filling Merlot. Had a long lingering berry cream finish.
Paired well with cedar plank salmon very full-bodied with a light smoky finish this would go well with a cigar.

Wine Enthusiast(2009 Vintage) You get plenty of ripe berry, cherry and currant fruit in this expressive young Cabernet. Smoky oak adds sweetness, making for a delicious wine to drink now and over the next several years.
Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wines(1999 Vintage) Attractive red cherry notes are joined in the nose by brushy and herbal notes, and that blend of youthful fruit and green-edged seasonings persists in the mouth as well. Smooth and viscous on the palate but somewhat less concentrated than it could be, it gives way a bit in the finish yet never gives up its essential fruit and its easy Merlot charm.
