Wine Description

(2013 Vintage) The various grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately, and the individual characteristics of each are respected. Skin maceration is used wherever possible and all of our white wines spend several days in a cold tank for stabilisation to strengthen their pre-fermentative aromas. Following pneumatic pressing, the juices are separated and fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures. The wines are tasted every day so that their quality may be closely followed
