Wine & Spirits(2009 Vintage) A refined example of the elegant Merlot grape. The nose is full of oak and spicy notes, and the color is deep red with hints of purple. As the flavors open up, ripe cherry dominates the earlier spice and finishes smoothly with heavy tannins. At this price, the quality of this wine outshines many of its peers. The additional age contributes to a sophisticated stylishness.
